Hi All
I bought Fiat Panda and want to replace it's radio with one from eBay.

The back side of the radio on eBay is different.

The one that came with fiat Panda has wires instead of pins.

Can anyone please help what to do?

Suspect you'll need something like this to adapt the wiring to standard "ISO" connectors to fit. Common on many vehicles. This might not be the right one, it was the first FIAT related one on Google.

There are places for audio pins in this one I bought but when I checked the one in my car, it doesn't have pins, instead they have harness like thing.
Can u advise please

You don't say what year your Panda is.

Go here, search for your car and select Stereo Fitting Kit in the drop-down box. It'll give you everything you need in one package.

My care is Fiat Panda 2009
The first 2 pictures are of front and back of my existing cd player that came with car. You can see the cd player has 2 black harnesses and blue green and yellow harness.

The next 2 pictures are front and back of my new stereo I bought from eBay. I have a socket for black harness but not for blue green and yellow. Also the pin for radio is different.

I have not changed a stereo in a panda but have in a few other similar age cars. All of those needed a wiring harness adaptor. The harness adaptor is specific to the manufacturer and generation of car and it has ISO connectors at one end which go into aftermarket stereos and the other end has connectors to receive the wiring from the car.

Don't worry about the blue, yellow and green connector. They are standard on many fiats and are for the canbus and extras that might not be fitted to your car.
I know that the yellow connector can be used for auxiliary input to some fiat stereos and one of the others is used for stealing wheel controls. There is also an input for raising the volume at speed.
Your Panda wiring may not have an ignition switched live, as this signal is sometimes sent via canbus. This depends on the original stereo fitted.
You can either switch the new stereo on and off manually, or run a new wire from an ignition switched fuse in the fusebox.

I tried to connect the stereo (without blue green and yellow wires). It started working but there was no sound.

Thank you. It has started working.

But still one small issue. When I plug usb cable to charge my mobile, the stereo shuts down and doesn't turn on until after some time regardless how many times I press power button or switch car off on. The reason for the new stereo was the fiat Panda doesn't come with cigarette lighter which I used in previous car to charge my mobile phone.

Does anyone know the reason why the stereo shuts off when I plug usb cable?

Thanks in advance
