Bluetooth Aux Audio Adapter - Becker Radio
Discussion
Has anybody used one of these?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/GAESHOW-Bluetooth-Wireles...
I'm trying to find out if it's a "clever use of words" for what version of BT it's actually running, they say ... "Support Format: Bluetooth version 5.0, compatible with other versions of Bluetooth 2.0 3.0 4.0 5.0"
That could either mean it is actually BT5 or it's just compatible with it.
Also does anyone know if they then require a seperate power lead to the + / - 12v's or are they powered off the radio but also will they turn off when the ignition is off or will the BT part remain active and slowly drain the battery ..... I ask as I use my car so little it'd often drain it if so.
Lastly, could you use the 3.5mm jack to plug a phone in directly and get better quality than the BT or does a phone socket just play in say mono?
If anyone can answer any of the above would be much appreciated.
