Removal of a bluetooth controller in a 2010 Mazda 6 TS2

I have recently purchased a new Bluetooth controller to replace the faulty one in my Mazda 6 TS2 (early 2010). I have taken it off the bracket but I can not work how to remove the white connector from the side of the unit.

Any help would be much appreciated
