Wireless apple car play

My car is setup for apple car play but at the moment I have to plug the lightning cable in every time I want to use it.

Any recommendations on a decent wireless apple car play adapter?

Do they exist? I mean, can you take a wired CarPlay connection and make it wireless?

Very interested as I have two wired systems and one wireless. The wireless one works flawlessly

I’ve seen some wireless car play adapters on Amazon but the reviews suggest they drop out and are a bit laggy.
Looks as though they plug into the USB port and then wireless connect to the phone

Hence asking for recommendations

I have one in my Golf and it works, I wouldn't say flawlessley as it does need to be unplugged sometimes and plugged back in, I would say maybe every few weeks this is needed so not really an issue.

I have wired only Carplay in one car and wired/wireless in another. IME wired gives a great deal more reliable connection. Especially if you’re using two things at once, eg Waze and a music stream.

I bought this for £30. I'll post back when it arrives and I've tested it. I've got both a Sony XAV-AX1000 in the Panda and a Sony XAV-AX100 in the Cayman.
