Advice re upgrading my daughter’s head unit.

May I firstly say in her mini not her own head unit 
She has an R50? 54 plate mini with a big standard cassette unit.
I’m looking for a single din with a microphone for calls and Bluetooth for phone music or Spotify type stuff. Even zipped past CD’s. Personally I would have been happy dragging my cassette’s out
Any pointers on which is a good unit gratefully received.
