Trackers don't just use GPS.
Most trackers used by large companies who operate fleet will use the latest technology like GNSS. It's got greater resistance to jamming with concurrent GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO/BEIDOU reception.
It essentially depends on how deep the pockets of your company was when they chose fleet trackers but blocking the signal in either instance (if successful) will within a small time frame alert the people who monitor the company vehicles. It will flag up as a fault if your unit doesn't have GPS for a consecutive number of days or continuously drops out which will result in the vehicle being called in to replace. If replaced and it's happening still - they aren't stupid, they will be aware it's you.
Many guys try blow the tracker fuse or disconnect it with no success generally. Don't get me wrong, there will be some who get away with it but don't be under the illusion companies are buttoned up the back.
