Best Sat Nav App ?

Started driving two months ago and all is going well. I do however get a bit stuck in areas or places I've never been to before ( especially which lanes to use ). I recently started using Google Maps Sat-Nav on my phone which seems to help somewhat get me in the right direction for my destination.

Which sat nav do you guys use?

I need one with good lane guidance/assistance and will be trying out Waze tomorrow.

Waze. Nothing else is needed. As an ex-“professional” driver doing ~65,000 miles/year and finding 8-10 obscure addresses/day, it was the only one which worked consistently well.

…just kidding. Waze is the out and out king of sat navs.

Tested out both today and I prefer Google Maps simply because it has much more consistent lane guidance.
The layout of Waze is better though.

As a less experienced driver I prefer Google Maps.
