Modern system for Lexus GS!

Hi,

I bought a 2006 Lexus GS300 to do a 500 mile weekly motorway commute as it will be perfect for the job and ‘disposable’.

Being the SE-L it has the colour sat nav and also the excellent Mark Levinson speakers.

Is it possible to fit a more modern system that can allow me to podcasts, better nav in terms of visuals and DAB radio? I wanted to keep it interested rather than an additional flat screen or similar.
