Correct Mounting Sleeve/Cage for Pioneer short chassis/No CD

Hi all,

I recently bought a secondhand Pioneer MVH-S100UB for an old Peugeot, but I overlooked the fact that the stereo did not include the mounting cage/sleeve. It's a very shallow unit, being USB only, so much smaller than a regular CD/DVD single DIN.

So far I've bought a Pioneer single din cage and on advice of a large retailer, a generic Connect 2 sleeve, but neither will lock in place. I've spent a good hour scrolling Ebay, Amazon and the major car audio retailers but I cannot find the correct cage.. Does anyone know where I can source a half-din or non-CD unit compatible mounting cage?
