Road Angel Pure V2
Discussion
For many years I had a Snooper Elite safety camera detector, and I was very happy with its accuracy in terms of camera warnings and its speed read-out, it was 3 mph slower than my car was showing (i.e. due to manufacturers upping the speed shown on the speedo). A while back Road Angel took over Snooper and support for the Elite came to an end. I eventually decided to buy a Road Angel Pure V2.
A couple of questions for any RA Pure V2 users who may be looking in:-
1) Does it consistently issue alerts at or around the alert distance you have set e.g. 500M.
2) Does it consistently show speeds of 3 mph higher than your car’s speedo?
Mine doesn’t, so I’m wondering if it isn’t as good as the Snooper was or if there’s a fault.
Thanks for any responses.

Same here. The RA speed is more accurate than the car speedo. Interestingly the only car I have ever had that speedo showed same speed as the RA was a TVR - even into 3 figure speeds (track days of course)!!! Currently have RA on 2 Porsche's and a Cooper S. All show 2/3mph more on speedo than the RA.
