Qashqai j10 speakers stopped working all of a sudden

Hello fellow piston heads

Good morning
I have a j10 qasqahi tekna
I have boss audio system with subwoofer in the back.
Never had an issue with the speaker system but last week suddenly all my speakers just stopped working
Like not even the buzz sound you get when nothings playing but volume is maxed out

The radio unit is working it's powered on
You h is working it's showing radio stations gps aux and all the usual stuff but nothing is putting out to speakers like literally nothing


1.i have tried cancelling all Bluetooth connections
2.tried resetting the audio unit
3.apparently if radio is working I am not sure if it's a fuse issue
There have been no battery change or any kind of alteration to my car for last 1 year


Any help guys ? Searching on the net seems like it's the unit chip/motherboard that's gone bad and apparently I need a replacement unit

Just an update I can't seem to power it off for hard reset anymore everyother function is working navigation touch screen etc but I can't power it down anymore

I’d undo battery for 30 mins

I assume it’s the Bosch unit ? You can restore factory settings , press system, scroll down using zoom control to show “restore” press zoom button. Worth a go !

Tried factory reset didn't work
