Great idea but my experiences of it are very disappointing.

Really poor app (chinglish galore) and the smart alarm has very poor reception in a high reception area. The microphone is barely sensitive to the sounder alarms you get with it too so it's pure hit and miss if it triggers a message to your phone or the app when they go off.

The sounder alarms sound like cheap kids sci-fi toys, the fighting aliens with laser guns variety.

Bit of a gimmick, shame.

That's strange had mine 3 months now. Works really well and my connectivity via the App is really good, I suppose it could be down to the service provider you are with or if the sim works with their system. I got the 1p mobile sim they provide which is on EE, no problems at all. I bought mine following a recommendation from a mate. Not sure what you mean by the siren sound but I'm happier with all the smart option, vibration, Noise, Live tracking etc. I think there was a glitch with the sound / noise sensor but they seem to have fixed it now because mine works fine. Tbh I'd give it 4.5 stars out of 5, especially since I couldn't find anything like it at that price. Different folks, different strokes I suppose.

Hi, I bought one and it’s absolute rubbish. Looks like a scam, the exact same items they claim to have developed are on Chinese sales web sites described as bicycle alarms and the gps is an unrelated “spy gps”. I’ve messaged the company and they refused a refund and will not reply when asked about the items online I found. There’s several mentions of similar experiences on social media so best avoided in my opinion.
