Car electronics and mechanics. South West UK. 924 Porsche.

As an electronic engineer I am doing lots of rewiring at the moment.
I have a 35 year old car and the wiring is failing every day.
Got some projects for starter systems / bespoke immobilizers etc.
Switches and relays are the things I am interested in and not canbus / computer stuff.
I have a 924S with many problems.
Mainly it needs bring into the modern era (And is nearly there mechanically.)
Needs the dash taking out and all the instuments putting on a plate of new aluminium dash type affair.
The electronics I can do myself as I say but getting all the mechanics done is a problem.
So my question is does anyone know of people who modify 924S type vehicles interior and exterior in the South West UK that do this stuff ?
I have been using a few mechanics but basically they are just rip off merchants.
I mean most of the Porsche Independants seem to be just after a quick buck and can not even service a 1986 vehicle without fecking it up.
I mean they can not even repair air filters / water bottle leaks / starter motors / body leaks / brakes etc etc.
The best repair dudes I ever found repaired my car when I was on holiday in Portugal !! ,,,and they were costing 10% of UK rip off merchants.
The interior needs stripping out and it certainly needs bodywork doing.
I am willing to spend quite a bit of money on the project but all the repair shops just rip me off as I do not have a RUF 911 Turbo.
You must know the types "Porsche Snobs".
I would need to be involved to some of the work (Electronics) just to reduce the cost and I need to get the wiring as I want it to be.
Mainly I guess there is very few people who do this stuff but any contacts would be good.
