Apple CarPlay for BMW 120d Sport 2006

Hi everyone, I recently bought a 2006 BMW Series 1 120d Sport and want to upgrade the head unit to a CarPlay unit and I’ve come up short unfortunately as I cannot find anything that might suit the car . If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it!

my sister did this to her 118d coupe.

Basically you need a double din conversion and then you can fit any double din head unit. Something similar to this:

Which gives you an idea of how it looks once installed. Looks pretty factory and everything works.
