Pioneer CarPlay unit spare parts

Hi guys? I have trouble locating some spares for a Pioneer head unit I brought back from the US ages ago. It's an AVH-3300NEX which looks identical to a Z7200-DAB (sans the DAB). I've managed to lose the trim https://casinos-hotel.com/stratosphere-casino-hotel.html stratosphere casino hotel ring and volume knob in my garage presumably mid house-move, and struggling to locate some UK-based compatible parts on ebay, amazon, local audio supplier, and the like.
The original part numbers for the AVH-3300NEX are CXE5949 (volume knob) and CNU2269 (trim ring).
Would any of you fine PHers happen to know if there are any "compatible" part numbers or places in the UK I can source these? Or is it definitely a job for trying to import these from the US?
