Dash Cam for stationary impact/Wing Mirrors

A scaffold truck driver hit the wing mirror of my parked car which I had minimum evidence to prove.
Based on this experience I am looking to purchase and install a front and rear dash cam to protect my car from when it is Parked/unattended and during operation.
Ideally I would like a wide angle one that civee some or part of the drivers side window.
Any recommendations that will cover this?

My car got hit, my dash cam caught it, dads dash cam caught it, dads cctv caught it, two independent witnesses got the number plate
Police told me to contact the insurance co!
Only good thing was if we hadn’t of had to two witnesses and dash cams we’d have assumed it was a neighbour doing the dirty and that’d played on my folks minds for years.
