Single DIN headunit

Does anyone here have experience of basic single DIN head units?

I am looking to get one to replace a factory CD player/multichange to give the car bluetooth A2DP and phonecalls.


Do these cheap <£100 branded headunits (sony, kenwood etc) do the job of making phonecalls ok? The last thing I want is to install a head unit and the phonecall quality be terrible.

They should be fine. One with a separate wired mic would be best; and then where you locate that might make some difference.
