Cobra immobiliser

I have a cobra immobiliser fitted to a bmw 635csi it was in the car when I bought it.I purchased a new touch key from cobra but cannot get it to program.I cannot get it touch with cobra They not answering phones or replying to e mails. Any suggestions

What’s the model, I did mine on my bongo and it was simple
