What sort of price difference are you expecting? They appear to be the most popular brand but I can't see how it's worth that much. I expect a lot of it is getting Halfords on board.

I have had a few but cannot recommend enough the Yi WiFi dashcam I have now. Only paid £40, very clear picture, reliable and easy to download via their app. Yi themselves are a photography firm and I think are linked to Xiamoi phones too .

Another subbrand of the Xiaomi corporation is 70Mai and I've been using their dashcams for the past few years without any incidents reliability wise.
Currently waiting on the 4K A800

Hard to say on a discount at the moment, Need at least 10 onboard so if there's no more interest i'm afraid it'll be a non-starter

Update : A few early adopters are reporting this is not true 4k and is actually re-packaged 2k recording which does not command a higher price. Therefore cancelling this as don't want to be responsible for folks being delivered a sub-standard product.

I just spoken to Nextbase and they said it is genuine 4k at 30fps? I also cant find online reference to it being 'repackaged 2k'.
