What is the problem ?

Intermittent Parking brake fault.
Normally wont put brake on with faults on dash, last week wouldn't release.
New r/hand caliper and motor 12 months ago under warranty.
Fault is back on same side.
Carista says no voltage to r/hand motor, can hear motor working 6 - 7 times out of 10.
Jiggling wires not really doing anything.
Thinking ECU ?
I cant even find ECU under fuses under r/hand rear storage area.
Place that fitted caliper was a biggish Independent, genuine part fitted £350+ bill to dealer I bought it from in Manchester.
