Square/rectangle boost gauge?

Wanting to fit a boost gauge but keep it hidden within the ashtray so it can be covered up, its obviously not a round hole.

Do they make a simple digital boost gauge which isnt round?

Was thinking about maybe buying something stupidly nasty like this and trimming it down to just leave the display?
