Android rear view mirror

Does anybody have one of the latest android rear view mirrors?
I am struggling to find info on them. I would like to fit it to a slightly older car instead of an android head unit.
I believe that they can send out the sound signal on an FM frequency to the car head unit. This seems great but I wounder if you can control the apps (i,le Spotify) from a generic steering wheel controller to save pressing the mirror everytime you want to change track

I've got one. Satnav built in with front and rear cameras. I very much doubt you could control it by controller.

If it’s a STRAPON mirror you’ll probably be disappointed by the results

I had one in my bingo and it vibrated just enough to not be any use. I’m pretty hands on and practical at things, but what ever i tried didnt really help
