Parking Sensor

Hi, not sure where to post this.

The other day my car battery died and when i jump started it the parking assist button has started to flash as oppose to just illuminating. First time it’s happened and I’m not sure what the next step should be. The car is a 2015 Astra GTC.

Any help would be great thanks.

I would suggest:
Step 1: Disconnect 12V battery for 5-10 minutes
Step 2: Reconnect 12V battery carefully - straight on, without lots of connect / disconnect
Step 2a: recode radio if required

See if the problem keeps happening.

Read the codes using a code reader - or ask a garage to do same (£)

Decide

[shake n bake]

The battery is knackered, fit a new one and ghosty faults like this will go away.
