First-time post here but I figured you guys would be able to help me out.

One of the things that drive me nuts (relatively speaking) is that I can't listen to my phone through my car speakers. I'm not ready to go the full distance and get a new radio, but I stumbled on these Bluetooth Transmitters on this site CarCareHQ.com. They have a great overview of what they are and how they work (https://carcarehq.com/bluetooth-car-devices-guide/) but I had a few questions for you guys?

Does anyone have any experience with Bluetooth transmitters for their car?

Would this affect the performance of my car?

Thanks, I really appreciate the help!

The extra weight might affect the acceleration.

Does your car have an aux input socket? That is the better way to connect,

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mpow-Bluetooth-Streaming-...

otherwise you need to use an FM transmitter.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/FirstE-Bluetooth-Transmit...

It won't affect performance.. why would you think that???
