Android Auto (Wireless) Head Unit

Hi All,
Looking for an android auto head unit that supports the new wireless feature to install in my MX5 mk.2.
Is anyone aware of a unit available in the UK? Seems like they are only available in the US currently,
some supported units from JVC, Kenwood and Pioneer include:
JVC KW-V940BW
JVC KW-M845BW
Kenwood Excelon DMX905S
Kenwood Excelon DDX9905S
Kenwood DDX9705S
Kenwood DNX875S
Kenwood Excelon DNX995S
Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX

None of which I can seem to find from a UK retailer.
Anyone know more about this?
