Rewiring to speedo & stop after unclipping speed limiter

So I've found a 'connector' under and on my gear box casing, that removes my speed limiter (60 mph) But also my speedo & trip. I've comfortably hit 77mph briefly and, after remapping, this went up steadily.
My LDV Convoy has just 39K on the clock. Ex 17 seater private school minibus. No rust. It was checked over, and then under sealed. No tacho.
'55 Reg 2.4cc Duratorq engine.
The remap has upped from 90bhp to 120bhp, with improved mpg of 20+miles per ¼ tank.
Q: so how can I remove this speed limiter & reconnect my speedo & trip?
