Android head unit and issues connecting to USB 4G dongle
Discussion
I have just installed an A-Sure Android head unit, running Android 9.0.
All went smoothly, however I am having an issue getting the device to recognise a USB 4G dongle. The dongle in question is a simple Huawei item that works fine in another head unit (Xtrons Android 8.0 if you are curious) but the A-Sure unit does not seem to be able to use it.
Any suggestions? Are newer devices still supporting the use of USB dongles?
I think the dongle has a WiFI mode, but I would prefer not to use it if I can.
