Doing some work on the beetle at the weekend and despite my best efforts, my wiring still looks and feels st. Its time to invest in some proper quality wiring stuff, the halfords terminals just don't go to together nicely and my crimping pliers only work in one 'plane' at a time, so they just squash the terminal which doesn't give a good solid connection.

Any recommendations please?

DTs/DTMs and a suitable crimping tool.

They will cover most bases in terms of current capacity and connector pin counts.

Been using this type every day for years. You can pay as little as a tenner depending on the quality you want
