VW OBD Customisation

Evening all,
Has anyone had any experience of the OBD customisation plug ins that are controlled via Android/iOS apps?
I’ve seen people make little tweaks to certain functions on it with coding and what not.
Specifically my question relates to the MK7.5 Golf, I have a GTD which only supports navigation on one screen at a time (central unit or dashboard).
I’m aware that this is an option with the Nav Pro but I’ve noticed that when changing between views (Dashboard to Central) both screens show the map for about a second before reconfiguring.
Is there an OBD code or app that can override this to keep maps on both screens?
