Recently bought a secondhand Audi Q3 Quattro...great performance, road holding etc but the speakers ? Basic Audi grot. Horrible sibilanty sound. So wondering how easy to replace with something better. And with what.

As an aside, I wish I'd known about the 'build-your-own-car' philosophy of Audi. Jumped in it and got all excited looking at the buttons, bells and whistles. Even more excited to dip into the manual to see all kinds of goodies. The first owner was a tight-wad frown Nothing. Hardly any 'extras'. Told the Audi garage I was pleased to actually have four wheels rolleyes

Cant help you with the speakers but you may find info on many of the Audi specific forums - many ask if they can upgrade from the standard to the Bose that are often on the mid range models.

Re the build your own - did you look at the car whilst blind folded?

Depends on your budget, but I can say that Alpine speakers are pretty good.
