After Market Head Units for BMW X5

Hey folks,
I have a 2005 X5 that still has a Cassette Head Unit
behind the screen , and am looking for an upgrade, but want something that will look "factory" in the dashboard.
Would like something that can have GPS Sat/Nav, can connect to headrest TV's (interested in recommendations there) for the nipper, and can play music from internal memory / thumb drive / bluetooth to phone. Not fussed about stuff like DAB as i don't listen to the radio here, local music is a bit s

Currently looks like this (the screen in the middle) . Loads of things available when i google, but all overseas so would be buying blind and i dont have much knowledge of this area. I can find a good Car HiFi tec to install everything, but as BMW's are not that common here, never mind X5's i have to source the unit myself.
