Help! Mondeo radio - bluetooth stopped working

I have a Mondeo Zetec 2013 with the following radio:

I had a look on ebay and these units go for £500. This is too much. I'm considering buying another radio so I need some advice.
Is it possible to buy the Sony unit used on the Mondeo Titanium? what about the frame around which is different?
failing that I could be looking at buying a radio from Pioneer or Alpine?
Im really not bothered about sat nav as i always use my phone
