Ebay parking sensors/Chinese tatt ?

Boss buys new van for work but buys utter poverty spec and now wants parking sensors fitted.

Are these kind of thing actually worth a tenner ?

The ones with sensors work, the ones with the wire strip do not.
I prefer the ones with just a simple buzzer rather than those with the LED display flashing and beeping like a mad thing.

I haven't had any issues with the hidden strip parking sensor (even in the rain), I used proper copper induction loop tape rather than the flimsy aluminum stuff they supply in the kit.
