2008 F01 730d - Options for audio streaming

Evening.

I've recently bought one of these and am looking for recommendations to stream audio from my phone (spotify) over bluetooth.

When i plug it into the USB slot i just get a message to state it's not supported. Phone is Android, OnePlus 5.

What options are available?

If i use that though won't it stop me being able to take calls through the cars bluetooth phone system? I could use a separate device i suppose..
