BMW Sat Nav Issue - Roads Missing

Hi, just wondering if anyone out there has some advice on this. I have drawn a complete blank with my local BMW main dealer who don't seem to give a hoot.... They tell me BMW are "working on it" but nothing has happened since April 2018.

For some months now, my Sat Nav has a load of roads missing (see A243 on the picture as an example), some roads on just one side, some the whole road. This is not country lanes, its main roads and motorways !! Its the same roads, nothing changes !

This is on a 2017 plate BMW 320 efficient dynamics. Sat Nav subscription is fully up to date. Any thoughts and advice gratefully received !

What version are your maps?

You can try manually updating by downloading the latest available maps for your car by logging onto your connected-drive account, select Remote Cockpit, Control, and scroll down to Map Update. Follow the instructions to download onto a USB pen drive and then plug into the car.

Hi, thanks for the response. I am told that the map is up to date and that it is some sort of an issue with the traffic information data feed. Anyone seen this before ?
