BMW F30 Radio, Sat Nav , Phone stopped working?

Hey everyone, I have a 2017 F30 with the smaller screen. As of yesterday my radio, phone , sat nav and parking sensors seem to be no longer working. I cannot even select the sat nav option and the radio is showing as playing but the car has no sound. The display seems to have dropped loads of items that I previously used to be able to access and select. I rebooted the system by holding down the volume button but no change. Has anyone ever experienced the same problem and does anyone know of any fixes? I disconnected car battery also and this did not work either. I did fit an aftermarket reversing camera back in January but everything has been working fine up until now?
