Sat Nav / FM Transmitter / Hands-free

Hi, I currently have a Bluetooth FM transmitter plugged into the cigarette lighter on my Fiat 500 to play music through. I was looking at purchasing the Tom Tom via 53 so I can take calls from the screen and use the Siri functionality on it. However, that would mean I would not be able to use my FM transmitter for music. Does anyone know of any sat nav’s which offer handsfree calling and also support for music in some way? Also unsure if getting a multi socket cigarette lighter adaptor would work to connect my phone via Bluetooth to the Sat Nav and connect to the FM transmitter through aux? If anyone could help I’d be very grateful
