Tom Tom Nav VS Garmin (Traffic etc, HGV etc)

We have a large fleet of 280 vehicles at work, currently we use a company called Matrix Telematic for basic tracking.

However, we have 44 vehicles, 14 of which are HGV's on the Tom Tom Webfleet.

We like the truck specific sat nav and live traffic, estimated arrival time etc

I've got another member of staff pushing hard for us to cancel the webfleet which is admittedly expensive, and get £80 Garmin Sat Nav's that sync via bluetooth to your phone for traffic info.

I'm worried that the Garmin Traffic will be more like the OLD TMC and not the quite advance Tom Tom live RTTI traffic.

Can private or fleet users comment on which is best??

To me I think Tom Tom Maps are probably best for Truck specific (width and height restrictions etc).

However, for Vans a cheaper setup might suffice...
