Modern immobilisers, what’s the best ones about?

Something tells me a gt4 doesn't have canbus...
TBH i'd pick the cheapest one out there. They all do the same thing and work in the same way. They've been around for donkeys years and use the same technology. And with most cars coming factory fitted with security, I doubt there's been any new developments since the early 00's.

A Porsche GT4 has a HUGE can network, nearly 80% of the electronics in this vehicle run on CAN. Coincidentally, that’s why it’s compatiable with a Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser. Considering the ghost is like no other immobiliser, an immobiliser that can use the existing vehicles buttons such as the steering wheel controls and window buttons to enter in a unique programmed PIN, there is no other device like it. Sure you can fit a starter cut immobiliser with a switch hidden somewhere, however when you trace that switch back, it will lead you to exactly where the cut is. You can’t do this with the ghost, as there is no ‘additional button’ to trace back.
