BMW e36 and DAB

I have a 1998 BMW with a 2005 Alpine head unit. This currently uses the rear window demist as an aerial.

Would a modern DAB radio be able to use the same?

You would need an amplifier/splitter

And your result may vary depending on the effectiveness of the aerial and head unit, but for £14 its worth a try.
