dash cam that records driver and road

Hi

Any recommendations on a small dash cam that will record who is driving + the road? Have issues on a private site with people driving x5's where we need to see footage of any accidents and who was driving.

Something like the Nextbase Duo HD or Transcend DrivePro 520?

I've not got either in my cars, but use different model cameras from both of these companies in my cars (a DrivePro 220, and a Nextbase 512GW), and I'm happy with both.
