BMW X3 E83 In car audio

Hi , How can i get USB or Ipod music into my BMW ? I have aux-in but obviously there are no steering wheel controls.

I've looked at Denison but not sure which one i need, woud gateway lite do it or do i need the GW300 ?

Or are there other options ?
