I have a 2004 Honda Accord i-vtec and the issue I face is that the radio reception is very weak and works ok on BBC1 and Radio 1 but the other stations are difficult to get
where i live in Surrey

However whenever I go to towards London Im able to tune into to FM stations like tuner does not stay put but goes out of tune when driven a mile or so

The previous owner has had aux cable fitted to it and wonder if that's the issue due to some interference or if there is some other issue that I need to look into it

Its a standard set without the Nav system

Perhaps the aerial wasn't reconnected properly when it aux was fitted? Check the physical condition of the wiring.

The reason I asked is because I have a car phone charger somewhere in my garage that put out so much electrical noise that it screwed my radio AND stopped the central locking working from the keyfob.
