New head unit in Mk2 Seat Leon

Hello all, long time lurker first time poster asking for a bit of help. A little over a year ago i purchased a 57 plate seat leon and i knew from looking at it that the original head unit was missing, the dealers provided me with a radio and all was hunky dory.

However its starting to look really dated now and i'd quite like to modernise it with a nice screen, is this possible on an 11 year old car? Can anybody recommend a couple of models if so and maybe some video guides on how to do it? I have no prior experience with this at all but i want to give it a try!
