Hi, has anybody any experience of the Continental range of 1din size units ? I only knew them for tyres but their display and buttons are a bit old school BMW. Looking for something a bit retro to go into my e36.

Its a badging excercise same as VDO units
will be fair audio quality style is very OE though so a big plus,
Specs pretty low 4x15 RMS so low powered compared to Alpine / Pioneer etc no RCA outputs
Most aftermarket amps now have inputs that run off speaker leads direct plus will auto sense for turn on/off
E36 speakers much more of a problem to audio quality in your car all doable though
