iOS app with turn by turn instructions of .gpx files
Discussion
Try OsmAnd - I use it on Android for routing along routes that I want to drive along. It's not perfect, but works and seems to be the only app that does this with any success. iOS app lags behind in features, but should be a good bet.

Load files into Myrouteapp where you can leave as is or adapt route how you like

Then open in their own navigation app & you'll see it already in there so that you can have turn by turn instructions on that route.

Two separate apps I know (from same company) & you can also use myrouteapp on your PC/Mac to create the routes which will be much easier to see etc.
It's not free but it's from the guys that created the free software TYRE that people used for years to create all their touring routes on TomTom & Garmin sat navs.
