Passat 2006 double din

Morning
Can anyone recommend a decent double din unit for the above car- need usual stuff such as Bluetooth, streaming , touch screen, nav etc etc. Unsure as to go for a “eBay” special or stick to usual tried and trusted brands at a price premium- any advice welcomed! It’s for a 2nd car that is used for motorway and work trips

I have one of the Made in China VW lookalike units in our Passat, it looks the part and some of it works well but the sat-nav is not the best and the radio struggles to pick up anything other than the strongest stations.
