I'm thinking of fitting a dab audio in my 2005 mk2.5 mx5 .can I still use my electric aerial.

Yes, but you will need a converter like the first section here

You will get much better reception with a dedicated DAB aerial.

Thank you Gmaz I'll try a converter first and see how it goes when I decide on a unit.
