LED Bulbs : Sellers not differentiating between R5W & P21W

Evening all.

I was mooching around eBay looking for some bulbs as one of the R5Ws in the rear cluster has popped. It uses two either side (nice Volvo touch which I like) so turns a crisis into a job that can be done at leisure. Murphey's Law kicked in an I'd already used my spares and not ordered some more in.

I was mulling over replacing with LEDs to improve reliability but I noticed that all the R5W listings for LEDs seemed to be common listings for an LED that suited both R5W & P21W. The base is obviously the same but the wattage (& light output) obviously isn't.

I don't want to replace my tail lights with the equivalent of 4 fog lights!

Is there something I'm missing or have I just found some crappy Chinese listings that don't care...

I'm ok for now, having ordered a bulk box of both R5Ws & P21Ws but any recommendations for decent LED suppliers for the future?

I've purchased many LED bulbs from Autobulbsdirect - good selection and much better quality than the generic ebay rubbish which I started off buying, most of which failed fairly quickly.
