Just looking for some guidance on the compression values a good S6 engine should be looking to achieve?
I had a look around a 99 Cerb over the weekend and all cylinders were between 220 & 250. Was told that these were good and showed a decent strong engine, is this the case?

Thanks in advance...

I did a compression test on my Cerbera SP6 past saturday. It had between 12.6 and 12.9 kg/cm3 on all cylinders. The engine was rebuilt by the TVR factory in september 2005 and has run about 15k since then.

Hi Packman...is that on a 4.0l or 3.6? Or are both engines roughly similar?

I would think the compression is very similar for both engines. I would think a even 220-240 psi across the board is ok.
